This was a listing we took over from another brokerage who was unable to sell it in the 120 days they had it. We took it over and using Date Selection we sold it in 1 day and for over asking price.
House Sits on Market 19 Months with No Offer
Brand new house, never lived in. High end finishes, backs onto a ravine, and was reasonably priced. It sat on the market from November 2017 to June 2019. Not one offer was received.
Qi Planning was called in and applied on June 6, 2019, and offer comes in days later. Then 15 days later, after all the inspections were completed, the house sells firm!
