Flying Stars Feng Shui is all about the goings and comings of 9 different types of energies also called stars or spirits; although they are not real stars or spirits they are energies that affect us. There are 9 types. These stars rotate on an annual basis around the 8 directions. Being North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, West, Northwest, and the 9th one will land in the center.
This grid is called the River Map or more commonly in Feng Shui circles, the Luo Shu or magic square of three. Each direction of the grid, diagonally, vertically, or even horizontally will add to 15. Each year 1 of the 9 numbers goes to the center, and from that reference point the remaining 8 numbers will fall into their respective directions based on a technique known as flying the stars.
Each of these numbers represents a different type of energy and as an extension a different type of industry. The one that lands in the center is in effect on holiday. It is not a working energy and for this year is not influencing people like the other numbers that landed in one of the 8 directions.
In 2013, the spirit representing government was in the center. In 2013 we heard a lot about the government dealings 2014 the energy among other things represented by the aviation industry, and we had a lot of airplane disasters, in 2015 it was business, again a lot of exposure of shading business dealings being identified.
Now in 2016 it is health and finance. Now this does not mean that doctors will not be performing well. It means, if you are doing research work, you most likely will not have a breakthrough this year. Now keep in mind this blog is generalizing on the world in general. However, an individual person may have some success but it will not be a world event and will be less obvious, because this energy is not helping. Now you may very well hear of some blotch up medical problem.
This year’s energy star is also involved in finance. And it is not helping people look after their money. You may also find that you will spend more on credit. If you are involved in shady financial dealings this year you will need to be extra vigilant if you want to avoid a meeting with the tax office.
