This house has changed ownership 5 times in the last 7 years and it is on the market again. The house was built late 1990s. It sold in 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009. In December 2012 it came on the market again. Real Estate statistics reveal that most people move once every 5 years.
Feng Shui can explain why this is not a happy home, and sadly this home will never be a happy home. Not all properties can be “cured”. There are some properties that you should just avoid. Some things that are easy to spot when you are out house shopping are:
- The Property is at the end of a straight road, or “T” junction. If Qi is not guided, it tends to flow in a straight line like an arrow. Auspicious and useful Qi always comes in a meandering path.
- It breaks the Law of Conformity. The law simply requires that your house be more or less the same size as your neighbors
My client was looking at some For Sale Properties and noticed this attractive photo. I took a compass reading and found that this house faced a void line, a direction that causes mental stress. A void line is a line without pure qi. The qi is “messy” as two qi types are fighting for control.
This results in the people who live there to be severely stressed and suffering from poor health. The stress always leads to missed employment opportunities and then financial problems.
This alone was enough to advise my client to keep looking. However, we decided to look around the neighbourhood and drove by the listed property.
The first thing we noticed is that the building is at the end of a main street. This means that the Qi is coming at the property too fast. It is like being in the path of roaring rapids. This would aggravate the aggressive qi battle even more.
The next thing we noticed is that the house is almost half the size as the house on its right. This breaks the Law of Conformity.
The Flying Stars Qi map indicates that the central harmony of the house is one of confusion and maybe even addiction. The facing direction of 83 degrees is not only on a void line, but is also on an untimely hexagram that indicates money going instead of coming. This is just a bad Feng Shui house.
